We accept cash, EC debit and credit cards (Visa, Euro & Mastercard) for hotel bill payment.

According to the stipulations of Austria’s hotel industry rules, a reservation – once confirmed – constitutes a binding agreement for both parties. Subject to typesetting and printing errors. Prices according to current price list. Place and court of jurisdiction shall be Innsbruck.

General cancellation conditions

No charge down to 15 days prior to the day of arrival.
100% of full price within the final 14 days prior to the day of arrival for the arrangement booked.
Guests leaving early will be charged 100% of the accommodation costs.
